Please let me know when I need to send my final payment.  Also, Please let me know if you require

further information. Additionally, thank your for the tax levy tips, I was able to get the levy reduced

from “taking it all”  to $77.50 per pay check which is manageable.

I have filed all my taxes, personally dropped them off and received stamped copies for my records.

I have until Oct 17th to file my offer in compromised per my agreement with the IRS

Nationwide filed my offer in compromise with the IRS and I settled at $3400 for a $54000 debt.
Now I owe the State of Missouri and they do have a offer in compromise program.  So i am figuring,
I want Nationwide to complete this.  My original associates were Bill Johnson and Michelle.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Thank You so much for your quick response and helpful advice on the levy.  I did what you suggested,
I called them and set up a payment plan and the levy has been removed.

No way did I want to file Bankruptcy and I did have filings over 3 years old.

Thanks again for the evaluation and being honest and not taking my money like the other company did a few years
ago.  They actually cost more than what I paid them considering all the additional interest and penalties that have
accrued.  Even if you would have been able to help me, your prices are very reasonable.

Sincerely,
E.Miller

Michelle,
Yesterday I received an acceptance letter from the IRS for my offer.
The amount owed had swelled to over $13,000. and they accepted an offer of $3,100 in deferred payments do to the
retirement program at my job, so all in all I satisfied with that.
Thanks for your help in this matter and I will recommend you to anyone who I come across that may need this kind of help.

Michelle,

I did get a letter in the mail from the IRS. They thanked me for my payment along with the a reminder of
compliance. I have to be a good boy for the next five years or all bets are off. I can live with that! :~)

I turned in and paid my taxes way BEFORE April 15th,

It feels so good to know that I am truly done with this until next year.

Thank you for lighting the load.

A grateful citizen,

Late last year I called and E-mailed all my tax problems to you. At long last the IRS has sent me all my stuff. I’ll fax it to you from work tomorrow. Please e-mail me back confirmation or if I omitted any pertinent information. The sense of freedom from finally putting all this behind me is astounding. Thank you very much for  helping to make all this possible. regards Dan Coxa

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

I want express my gratitude for your help.  I received a letter today from the IRS stating that my offer has been accepted.  It was only filed in July.  Without your help, I would not have been able to this. Thank you!  I do have a couple of questions though.  First, I have only 90 days to pay in full, is that correct?  Or do I have longer?   90 days from the date of the letter is about Feb 10, 2010.  Can I use next years tax return to pay this off, if I am entitled to a return.  Second, do I get my tax return for 2007 if I am owed a refund or do they keep it?  Third, the debt was acquired, solely by me, but now I am married, can they accept my offer but yet say my wife still owes it?  Or is it all settled and done with, once I pay it off?  I still owe some back state taxes,  is there a program to deal with that and settle for less?  Trent L. In 2010 The BBB processed 1,743 complaints, in 2009 we processed 609
complaints!

That’s the kind of business growth we don’t like to see. Frankly, it has
become a huge drain on our limited resources. The work that used to be done
with one full time person now takes three. Why such a dramatic increase in
complaints? The internet! It is now so easy for people to complain. We have
to take the bad with the good; during this same period the number of
customer inquiries skyrocketed from 13,698 to 59,144! Same reason; the
internet makes it so easy to check on a company’s reliability.

Out of those 1,743 disputes processed last year, your company received ZERO!

We offer our congratulations to you for accomplishing a year of outstanding
customer service. The BBB commends your complaint free status and realizes
that this milestone deserves to be recognized. You should be proud of this
achievement.

We are committed to businesses such as yours, and are happy to announce
you’ve earned the BBB “Honor Roll” award.
Please call our member services line at (866) 411-2221 to ask that your
certificate be sent to you.

On-going independent surveys consistently reveal that 3 out of 4 consumers
prefer to do business with a bureau member.

Congratulations to you and your employees on your success!
